Scrap Removal

At the end of a creel run there is typically an amount of cord remaining on the

spools that must be emptied prior to returning the bobbins to the cord supplier.

RJS offer two designs to accomplish this task.

Model 341 Wire Pull-Out Stand

The 341 pulls the cord from the creel by a pair of rubber covered rollers.

It can be offered on a rail system (pictured) or on casters for maximum flexibility.

Model 409 Mk II Scrap Winder

The 409 winds the cord around a rotating cage as it is pulled from the creel spools.

It is typically used on wheels, so that it can be moved around as needed with supplied floor locks that secure the machine when in use.
