The Main Organizing Stand is required for the final arrangement of cords before they enter the calender. This stand allows for total control of the final flow height and width of the cord array prior to the calender window. Each model of main organizing stand utilizes eyelet, fixed roller or Quick-Thread organizing boards.

1. Model 191

The Model 191 main organizing stand is optimized to limit production downtime between creel runs. This design benefits from two boards that are manually shiftable within a fixed frame that allows for one organizing board to be in use during a creel run while the other is used to rethread a neighboring creel row.

2. Model 360

The Model 360 Main Organizing Stand, the most popular model, is available fixed-to-floor, mounted on rails for lateral shifting, or on casters for movement in any direction across the factory floor. The shifting ability allows a factory to use one stand for multiple creel rows. The Model 360 is the only stand that combines the main organizing board with exit guide rollers. Magnetic retainers are located after the exit guide rollers to aid in rethreading.

3. Fixed-to-Floor

The Fixed-to-Floor stand is the simplest and most economical solution for a main organizing stand. This stand serves as the final organization before the steel cord passes over guide rollers and into the calender. The fixed-to-floor organizing stand is the best fit for single creel row applications.
